WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
Order Processing Orders are NOT processed on weekends and Public Holidays. Stock wigs orders will be processed by our shipping/logistics team within 3-5 Business Days. All orders received after 12 PM EST on a weekday will begin processing the next business day. All order received over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. If an item you order is "out of stock" it will be shipped out as soon as it has been re-stocked.

Out of Stock/ Back ordered items
If an item is out of stock or currently on back order your order may be delayed. It will ship out as soon as we have it back in our inventory. Your order will be processed and you will receive an email with your tracking number once it ship out.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER ARRIVE?
After you order has been processed. We will ship your package via the United States Postal Service (USPS). - Method you selected at checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking confirmation number once your item is shipped. The status of your delivery can be viewed at www.USPS.com. You may also track your package directly on our website by logging into your account.
UPGRADE TO OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING
You have the option at checkout to upgrade your shipping to USPS Express Overnight Mail. This shipping upgrade is optional and does NOT affect or speed up processing times. It will shorten delivery transit time once your item is shipped out.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING INSURANCE
All orders valued over $750.00 will be shipped with insurance (these packages are insured up to the value of the package).
